Recently I downloaded the FaceGen (ttp://www.facegen.com/), does anyone know how to (or if I can) create a skin for Second Life using the image created by FaceGen

You can probably find the solution to your problem at www.gamespot.com. Try doing a key-word search. They have a hints and cheats section which is usually brilliant. Walkthroughs, cheat codes, tips on gameplay, plus it has additional links to forums and stuff with a ton of information to help you with other problems. Everything you could want to know about the game can be got to from that website.
Alternatively wikipedia.org usually has everything too.
