What can I do to make my baby's skin obtain a fairer complextion?

My baby was born with a very fair skin. We started to apply olive oil and exposed her to sunlight for few minutes and gave her bath every day during her 1st month. Slowly her skin darkened and she still hasn't regained her color. Now ( during her second month) I have stopped applying the oil and exposing her to sunlight, even now she has not shown much change. What might be the reason, what can I further do to bring my baby's skin fair? Please help.

You can't change your complexion. The olive oil had nothing to do with it. Any color she got from miminal sun exposure may take longer to fade, though.

She is probably just starting to grow into her natural skin tone. Babies are almost always born lighter than what they will be permanently. Ask any mother of any color other than white, they will tell you - it's usually more pronounced with darker complexions.
Reply:Have you asked your pediatrician?

Otherwise, try using a "white-out" pen or Clorox bleaching pen.

What did Michael Jackson do to get his fair complexion? Call him and find out.
Reply:Why are you trying to change her complexion? I hope that you are not serious. If you are, you need to talk to someone who can help you accept the baby you have and not try crazy stuff on her. You scare me!
Reply:Talk to Michael Jackson I'm sure he can give you some hints.
Reply:And what drugs are you on? Sounds like child abuse to me.
Reply:My baby is very fair with pinkish tint, I thought it has to be the type of milk I gave him, it's enfamil prosobee
Reply:For pete's sake - she's a human NOT a piece of wood you're trying to stain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do NOT put a child in the sun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can't do anything to change a person's skin shade - so STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reply:A visit to Uncle Michael at the Neverland Ranch should do the trick.
Reply:Get a life. You are crazy.
