I got a breast enlargement six years ago and am considering getting a new one to make my breasts slightly larger since I was very young the first time and didn't want a very drastic change. Is it less painful the second time around? Considering the skin and muscle are already stretched.....Or is the second time just as painful as the first?

I'm sorry, I think this is nuts - to put yourself through the danger of general anaesthetic, possible infection, the pain, possible disfigurement.... Why not just quit while you're ahead? %26amp; donate the money to a good cause (such as breast cancer research). focus your attention on things that really matter!

Reply:Just as painful as the first. Your skin was stretched the first time to just the size of your old implant, not the size of the new one which will be bigger.
