What is the normal tip to give someone doing a skin analysis/facial?

I recieved a spa package as a gift consisting of a skin analysis, mini-facial, eyebrow wax, and product prescription for the first visit, Cleansing Treatment, exfoliation treatment, face, neck, and decollete massage for the second visit, and a Follu-up Skin Care COnsultation, Facial Cleanse, revitalizing eye treatment, neck firming treatment, facial neck and decollete massage, and a Hydrating facial mist treatment for the third visit. What should I tip the person when they're finished? Should I tip differently every visit, since the treatments get much more extensive each time, or should I tip the same everytime?

What is the normal tip to give someone doing a skin analysis/facial?
In the USA, services are tipped from 10%-20%. Tipping is not mandatory, so you don't have to tip at all, but take into consideration that the clinicians earn most of their salary from tips. Keeping that in mind, a provider of personal services should do their best to provide excellent care for you, so always tip someone based on their performance, not on a suggested percentile. Good Luck and Enjoy !
Reply:20% every time, unless it is really bad.
